DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to despatch orders within one to two working days of placement.
All shipping times are dependant on stocking levels and availability.
All deliveries to the UK and Ireland are FREE.
As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we can not pass on delivery requests, such as ‘leave in front porch’. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman.
When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.
Very occasionally, we may have to e-mail you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.
We don’t send another e-mail when the item is dispatched. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know.
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged. This doesn’t affect your statuory rights.
It can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund. We’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
