SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping with Royal Mail within the UK on any sum of order. In case you require your order faster we do offer an express service with DPD / Royal Mail for a fee. We also offer standard shipping with DHL to Europe and Internationally with DHL for a flat rate. Orders over £100 are eligible for free European & ROW shipping via DHL. If you wish to have an order shipped to somewhere not listed on the website, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate this.

Please note that shipping times do not include sorting and processing times. Once you place an order please allow time for the items to be sorted and shipped from our warehouse before they are posted.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer both returns and exchanges. Our return policy is 30 days free UK returns from date of receipt with the item posted back to us. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return an item. Refunds for returns are to be processed within 5 working days on receipt of the delivery back to us. We do also accept international returns but please note that international returns may take longer to process due to taking longer to arrive back with us and we do not accept responsiblity for the cost of shipping the item back to us from overseas.

Please note that we are unable to return or exchange earrings if opened for hygiene reasons.
